Flat Rate Terms & Conditions

1. Flat‑Rate Pricing
Prices assume the home is in standard, maintained condition
 

  • TwoSisters House Cleaning’s flat‑rate pricing is based on a per‑man‑hour system, not on a standard 60‑minute hour.”

  • Flat‑rate pricing is based on the average time and effort required for homes of similar size and condition.

  • Prices assume the home is in standard, maintained condition.

  • Excessive buildup, clutter, or conditions outside normal maintenance may require additional charges or a switch to hourly pricing.

2. What Flat‑Rate Services Include

Flat‑rate cleanings cover the standard cleaning checklist for your selected service level (weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly, or one‑time). This typically includes:

  • General dusting

  • Vacuuming and mopping

  • Bathroom cleaning

  • Kitchen surface cleaning

  • Bedroom and living area cleaning

A detailed checklist may be provided upon request.

3. What Flat‑Rate Services Do Not Include

The following are not included in flat‑rate pricing unless added as an extra service:

  • Inside oven or fridge

  • Interior windows

  • Pet‑specific cleaning

  • Deep cleaning tasks

  • Organization or decluttering

  • Heavy buildup removal (grease, soap scum, hard water, etc.)

  • Laundry, dishes, or personal item handling

These services can be added for an additional fee.

4. Additional Services & Add‑Ons

TwoSisters offers optional add‑on services such as:

  • Pet‑area cleaning

  • Inside oven or fridge

  • Window cleaning

  • Deep cleaning upgrades

Add‑ons must be requested before the appointment so proper time can be scheduled.

5. Home Condition Requirements

To ensure flat‑rate pricing applies:

  • The home must be accessible and free of excessive clutter.

  • Surfaces should be reasonably clear for cleaning.

  • If the home requires significantly more time than expected, TwoSisters may adjust pricing or recommend rescheduling.

6. Pets

TwoSisters is a pet‑friendly company. For safety:

  • Pets should be secured if they are anxious, aggressive, or interfere with cleaning.

  • TwoSisters is not responsible for pets escaping during service.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee.

  • If cleaners arrive and cannot access the home, a lockout fee may apply.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • TwoSisters accepts major payment methods as listed on their website or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning:

  • Contact TwoSisters within 24 hours.

  • A re‑clean of the affected area will be scheduled at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not offered, but TwoSisters is committed to making things right.

10. Liability & Safety

  • TwoSisters is insured and takes great care in your home.

  • They are not responsible for items not properly secured, fragile items, or pre‑existing damage.

  • Cleaners do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.

11. Service Frequency Adjustments

If your cleaning frequency changes (weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly), pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

12. Right to Refuse Service

TwoSisters may refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • There is harassment or inappropriate behavior

  • The home is beyond the scope of the booked service
